At the end of the day every company large or small wants more customers. This is where sales comes into play. EWW I said a dirty word (sales) :-) Why is this such a dirty word? Well it's because there are some terrible salesman out there giving sales a bad name. Now you are probably thinking this isn't me or my company. Are you sure? If you have sales reps which is a great way to grow your business, are they prepared, and how are they representing your business? Now don't sit back and think, "Well I do the sales and I'm awesome!" Some times as owners we can actually be the worst salesman. Lets discuss.
