    • What are you doing this year? 
    • How excited is your team about it?
      • We have our team share ideas of what they would like to do for a company party and we always make it fun! 
      • Did you get their input?
    • Do you give out bonuses? 
      • We always give a year-end bonus based on each employees efforts in the past year
    • Do you give out thoughtful gifts? 
      • Do you get everyone the same thing or do you personalize the gifts by employee?

    • Gifts
  • Spouses / Family / Partners
    • A monetary gift 
    • A nice dinner to celebrate the year
    • Maybe they would prefer that you take time off and spend it with them
